Liability Signature Waiver
Our Liability Waiver system allows you to digitally capture signatures using a capture pad. The signed waiver is automatically stored to the member’s account and can be printed at any time.

Barcoded ID Cards 
Track members using barcoded ID cards with a picture. There are several ways to use ID cards with FirmPOS.
- The included ID card maker allows you to create awesome cards using your laser or inkjet printer.
- We natively support most plastic card printers.
- We can custom print cards for you (contact us for a quote)
- FirmPOS will even allow you to use your current cards if you like.
Membership Restrictions
Place restrictions on membership types to limit when the member can check in. (i.e. Membership is valid Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 4pm) – This is an excellent way to create extra revenues during slow periods during the day or week.
Integrated Word Processor
Letter Edit is our included word processing editor. It’s powerful features allow you to create great contracts, letters, envelopes and much more!
Features include spell checking, stylesheet, table support, output to PDF, pictures, twain support for scanners and integrated field support for pulling data from FirmPOS.
Biometric Fingerprint Support
Biometric Fingerprint check-in ensures that the member is not using a "borrowed" ID card.
Contracts and Letters
Print documents right from the member account. Fields are parsed automatically so member data shows up in the document for you.
Support for Dymo label printers
Print single labels right from the member account.
Sticky Notes
