We are pleased
to offer our Setup
AssistTM
service to
our customers. This allows us to share your Windows
session and help you visually.
Please make sure
you are on the phone with your representative before
attempting to start the session.

If the Setup
AssistTM
session is problematic, your representative may ask you
to install the Microsoft Java VM. This allows the
WebInteractive application to run smoothly on your
computer.
Microsoft Java Virtual Machine
This is required if you do not have Microsoft Java
installed and you need Remote Desktop support. Please
follow the following instructions:

Click on
Microsoft JVM Download and select "Save Target As".
Place this on your computer where it will be easily
accessible to you.
- After the
download is complete, click on the file where you have
saved it.
- You will be
asked if you want to install Microsoft VM. Click Yes.
- You will be
asked to accept the license agreement. Click Yes and
follow Wizard instructions.
- Installation
Complete will pop-up, and installation is finished.
