How can I get the new updates?
We are asking all retail customers not to download the evaluation file as it will not work with your retail license any longer.

In the Member Manager, you should see the new "Update FirmPOS" button on the main toolbar. This will get you up to date.

What is required to use the Update Service?
To use the update service, you must have a valid Response Agreement agreement. There are no longer any exceptions to this policy.


What if I don't see the Update button?
In order to use this feature, you must have FirmPOS build 4.36.115 or higher. (this can be found on the "About" screen)

If you have an old build:

1. Download the evaluation
2. Contact FirmPOS support for the Version Certificate prior to installation.
